(KFPL), established in 2007 at Ashta, Sangli district, Maharashtra, is a leading manufacturer of Graded Grey Iron and Spheroidal Graphite Iron (Ductile Iron) castings, machined components, and assemblies. Foundry

KFPL’s foundry is a state-of-the-art facility with a monthly capacity of 1,400 MT of high-quality castings. It is equipped with advanced processes such as sand preparation, green sand moulding, induction melting, cold box core making, monorail pouring, knockout, fettling, shot blasting, stress relieving, and painting. These processes ensure consistent quality and efficiency across every stage of casting production.

To maintain world-class standards, the foundry is backed by in-house inspection and testing facilities. This includes a spectrometer for chemical analysis, BHN machines for hardness testing, tensile testing machines, and complete sand testing equipment (GCS, permeability, compactibility, CE analyser). These facilities enable KFPL to guarantee reliability and performance in every casting delivered.
